Chesmar Homes breaks ground on new community in Rosenberg

The Central Fort Bend Chamber and Chesmar Homes broke ground on the new Chesmar Homes community of Seabourne Landing on April 11, 2019. Located off of J Meyer Road, between Hwy 36 and FM 2218, residents will have access to shopping, restaurants and more.

New homes will start in the mid-$200s and will vary in size from 1500 square feet to over 2600 square feet. Seabourne Landing will feature a new home collection, showcasing homes with a modern farmhouse feel. Plans will include one- and two-story homes with open floor plans and two-car garages.

Jessi Espiritu, VP of Sales for Chesmar Homes – Houston South, spoke of how Chesmar Homes has worked to capture the feel of the area. “Our concept for Seabourne Landing is to keep that small town feeling with the connection to neighbors and the community, while also providing the convenience to all that is in the surrounding area. We have also created a new collection of homes specifically for this new community that will give you that unique, modern farmhouse feel. We are excited to introduce these new home plans to the families who will call Seabourne Landing home.”

Homes will soon be under construction, with sales beginning in late 2019.
