I-ACT recognized at the Texas Capitol

A delegation of Indo-American Conservatives of Texas from the Houston area visited the Texas Capitol on April 22, met with Texas District 26 House Representative Jacey Jetton and accepted a resolution presented by Jetton. The delegation also met House Representatives Lacey Hull (Dist 138) and Tom Oliverson (Dist 130), State Senators Larry Taylor (Dist 11) and Lois Kolkhorst (Dist 18) and many other legislators. The resolution presented by Jetton RESOLVED “that the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas Legislature hereby honor the members of the Indo-American Conservatives of Texas and extend to them sincere best wishes for the future. I-ACT is dedicated to promoting conservative principles and increasing political awareness in the Indo-American community and through its efforts expand and enhance civic engagement, the members of I-ACT are contributing to the strength and vitality of our democracy.”
